Chris is on our Custom Nutrition Plan, and I have him eating high fat/low carb throughout the day, and introduce carbs in the evening while bringing fat down. I like the high fat/low carb plan during the day as it lets Chris go a bit longer between meals without getting Hangry due to low blood sugar.
