I’m seriously so proud of Danielle and happy to help her along her journey!
Danielle works really hard and is constantly going! She has a pretty demanding job and while we had Danielle implementing a healthy nutrition routine, she also had to address her stress levels in order to progress.
Danielle started doing things like meditation and yoga throughout her week which helped bring down her elevated stress hormones, allowing her to continue dropping weight. I have Danielle Carb Cycling, which can be an effective tool when done right!
Her total calories consumed are very similar day to day, however Danielle eats higher fat/lower carb meals on low activity days (I.E. Thai meatball poppers, stuffed grassfed burgers) and generally higher carb, lower fat meals on high activity days (I.E Farmer’s Hash, Mediterranean Chicken)
