Before coming to Fit AF, Eric was doing pretty well following a intermittent fasting based plan. However, Eric felt that he could speed up his progress and we worked with him to do just that. We found Eric responded very well to a mix of fasting and ketogenic style eating. While this type of eating is not for everyone, Eric’s schedule and the types of foods he enjoyed made it easy for Eric to incorporate this plan. Eric dropped fat at an astounding rate and feels better then he has in years. He plans to continue this type of eating as a lifestyle as he found it to work so well for him.
